How It Works

Counselling is a collaborative process where you and a trained counselor work together to navigate life's challenges and improve your emotional well-being. In sessions, you'll discuss your thoughts, feelings, and concerns in a safe and confidential environment. The counselor actively listens, asks questions, and offers insights to help you gain clarity and perspective on your situation.

Counselling

Integrative counselling combines techniques and principles from various counselling theories, and is based on the belief that no single counselling theory or technique fits all individuals or issues.  It is a client-centred approach that takes into account the uniqueness of each client.

Counselling

Experiential psychotherapy works by engaging directly with experiences in the present moment. One's sense of immediate experiencing emotion, verbal communication, or physical movements. Instead, it entails a direct awareness of the complexities within situations and difficulties.
